Mister Travel USA publishes practical Europe travel guides for travelers from the United States. This page explains how our guides are made, checked and updated.
What We Publish
Our guides help you make concrete decisions: what to see and in what order, where to stay for your budget, how to get around, what to book ahead and how much to plan for. We aim for realistic plans rather than exhaustive lists.
How Guides Are Made
We use AI tools to help with research and first drafts. Every guide is then read, edited and fact-checked by our editor, and nothing is published without human review and approval.
We check key practical details, such as opening days, ticket rules, transport options and prices, against official or primary sources whenever they are available, and we list the main sources at the end of each guide.
Updates and Dates
Each guide shows its publication date. An “Updated” date appears only when the guide has been reviewed again, not when a typo is fixed. Travel information changes quickly, so always confirm opening hours, prices and entry requirements with official sources before you travel.
Independence and Affiliate Links
Some links on this site are affiliate links: if you book through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Partners cannot pay to be included in our guides or to change what we write. When a guide contains affiliate links, it says so near the top. Read our affiliate disclosure.
What We Don’t Do
We do not publish fake reviews, ratings or testimonials, and we do not present sponsored content as editorial content.
Corrections
When we find or confirm an error, we correct the guide. If the correction changes practical advice, we review the whole guide and update its “Updated” date.
